Monterey’s very own First City Festival is back, featuring a stacked line-up of 30+ musical acts including Beck, Phantogram, Cocorosie, and more! There will be a full carnival, complete with rides and games, and each ticket includes unlimited rides. You can also check out the USA Marketplace, where designers showcase their USA made goods, as well as the Beat Swap Meet, where you can browse through a vast and diverse collection of vinyl records from collectors and dealers.
