Melissa Aldana and Crash Trio performing

Greetings Jazz fans and aficionados alike. A lot has changed since I last checked in, in the great big bad world that is jazz here at the Great 88.

Emerging young artist Melissa Aldana and Crash Trio have notably climbed to the number one spot on our Chart with her debut album.  The young fusion group, Snarky Puppy, (who recently played in the Cruz) remain crowd pleasers for the last month. New and noteworthy is our number three, Afro Latin Vintage Orchestra from Paris, proving once more the popularity of that Latin Tinge that has mesmerized so many music fans before.
