Trying to find tickets to next weekend’s Dry Diggings Festival (Sept. 25th-26th)? Tune into the Great 88.1 KZSC this weekend for a chance to win a pair of tickets to one of the premier reggae festivals of the season! Brought to you by the creators of California Roots, Dry Diggings will take place in the historic El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville, CA, a small town made famous during the gold rush.
Quick history lesson: the town known as Placerville was known as “Dry Diggin’s” after the manner in which miners moved cartloads of dry soil into running water to separate gold from the dirt in the 19th Century.
The fest will feature 21 acts including headliners like Dirty Heads, Nahko and Medicine for the People, Collie Budz, Zion I, Don Carlos, Tribal Seeds and J Boog!
