Molly Tuttle grew up playing bluegrass with her family members in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is now an award-winning songwriter (first place in the Chris Austin Songwriting Competition at Merlefest) and virtuoso multi-instrumentalist. Molly has been gaining broader recognition after radio appearances on “A Prairie Home Companion” and concert sets at the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival. She’s touring now with a band of super pickers, including mandolinist Joe K. Walsh, previewing work from her soon to be released first solo EP “Rise.” Molly’s band will be performing at Don Quixote’s International Music Hall in Felton, CA on Wed, May 10th, 2017 at 7:30pm. Tune in to hear bluegrass and country music on KZSC on Sundays, 12-2pm on “Backroads” and Fridays, 6-9 am on “Bushwackers Breakfast Club.”
