5. Between The Buried And Me - The Great Misdirect (Victory)
Not much else to say but BTBAM. This album is good, but not ‘Colors’ good, giving it the 4 spot.

4. The Black Dahlia MurderDeflorate (Metal Blade)
I was a little concerned with this album at first, thinking that TBDM’s overall sound would change considering they replaced their lead guitarist. Bill Tapia has led a memorable life but he’s not one to sit back in a rocker and tell stories. At age 101, Bill is still touring and has just released a new CD, “Livin’ It Live” this month. If you like Hawaiian music or jazz standards, you’ll love Bill.
